Strong Ties Rope Access cleaned the facade of Seashells Apartments, sealed all windows to prevent water ingress, and applied a protective sealant to the paintwork. We also provided a building report and inspected anchor points for future maintenance, ensuring the structure’s longevity and safety.

Strong Ties Rope Access recently undertook a challenging project in the heart of Sydney CBD. The scope of work involved the removal of a sign and steel structure using advanced rigging techniques and guidelines. Given the high-traffic location above a major intersection, traffic controllers were organised to ensure the safety of both the crew and the public.
